“Biltmore is very professional, responsive and cooperative. Biltmore provided pre-construction services, performing constructability reviews and significant value engineering modifications that eventually lead to City Council approving the “initial” architectural look of the station and avoiding a complete redesign to lower costs. I highly recommend Biltmore to any client.”
Tara L. Kivett,
Engineering Director, City of Clearwater Engineering Department
“This team, from project start, did not hesitate to participate in the many town meetings and community workshops that were held supporting the City and answering questions to community members. I especially appreciated the hard work Biltmore’s preconstruction division did in helping to get projected construction costs even lower than the original budget and how smoothly Biltmore and Leo Daly have worked together with the overall estimating process. This has been very beneficial to the City.”
