Seminole Fire Station 32/ Demolition and construction of new fire station/ 7,300 GSF
This project for the City of Seminole included the demolition of the existing Fire Rescue station and the construction of the replacement station.
The new fire station is 7,307 SF and built to accommodate the City’s growing need for a dedicated firemen crew. The new building possesses new state-of-the-art technology and utilities and is a hardened structure able to withstand category 5 storms. The project also includes all associated site work, landscaping and irrigation systems.
