Encompassing over 3 acres, the expansion includes a new 10-Station Outdoor Fitness Course; new Gazebo structure; new Little League clay infield with backstop; installation of new irrigation system and power service to park; removal of existing sod and installation of 30,000 GSF Bermuda Grass; and installation and tie-ins of new pathways.
Bel-Aire Park:
The Bel Aire Park expansion totals 7 acres and includes a new regulation-sized Football Field with goal posts; new Electronic Score Board; new Bleachers; new Playground; installation of new irrigation system and field lighting.
