Clearwater Fire Station #48 EOC / New cast-in-place EOC on existing fire station / 3,339 GSF
This new 3,339 gross square foot, one-story, cast-in-place concrete, masonry and structural stud truss emergency operations center was constructed right next to Fire Station 48. The project included minimal selective demolition to the existing Training Building to create a new corridor that connects it to the new emergency operations center.
The new emergency operations center includes a data center, call center, conference room and emergency backup power systems. Site work includes removal of asphalt, preparation of the building pad and restoration of areas disturbed by construction activities.
