Zota Beach Resort / New six-story beachfront resort / 132,000 GSF
New construction of a six-story hotel and lobby connecting to existing five-story tower including all amenities: pool, restaurant, banquet and meeting rooms, administration/staff offices and luxury spa. Combined, this beach side resort became a 132,800 GSF luxury hotel complex attracting guests from around the globe.
Zota is now a completely renovated and expanded resort. Site work included utilities, updated entrance feature, outside waterfall feature, parking and lush, tropical landscape.
The resort also included beachfront alterations and additions and has become an active seaturtle nesting site. The Zota Beach Resort opened to the public late
June of 2017.
