Biltmore Construction performed extensive interior and exterior renovations and upgrades to this US AmeriBank Branch. The existing bank interior was completely demolished and renovated. Renovations included replacing the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as well as new fire protection system, new interior and exterior painting, new floors, ceilings, doors and windows, as well as state-of-the-art security systems to fully monitor the branch 24/7. The newly renovated bank houses an updated lobby, offices, conference room and multiple teller stations.
Additional completed work includes new parking, landscaping, signage, site-work and improving the buildings existing bank drive-thru. All work was completed in an active and occupied shopping plaza.
