Station Square / New 15-story multipurpose cast-in-place condominium / 520,000 GSF
This new 15-story structure anchors the City of Clearwater’s downtown redevelopment district. The ground floor houses 10,000 GSF of retail space, with a five-level parking garage shared by the city, patrons and residents. Levels six through 15 feature high-end one and two-bedroom residential units ranging from 1,180 to 2,825 square feet with a penthouse floor and roof-top pool and deck.
Hurricane-hardened construction is a cast-in-place post-tension concrete slab with CMM in-fill for exterior skin with stucco and paint finish. The building was constructed on an extremely tight, urban site adjacent to occupied facilities, on a high-traffic urban street with very limited lay-down/staging area.
