St. Petersburg College Student Services Center / New LEED Gold multi-story college building / 43,808 GSF
This new multi-story facility features two-story glass curtain wall and illuminated staircase. The Student Services Building serves as the students’ living room on campus, allowing students to gather to collaborate and study, while having the flexibility to use the space to invite large group discussions and provide meeting/exhibit space for special events.
The facility houses the Student Services Department, Security and I.D. offices, College Bookstore/Retail Space, Student Government offices, as well as divisible meeting and conference rooms, The second floor accommodates the St. Petersburg Collegiate High School, classrooms, art gallery and flexible space.
The building features the latest teaching and A/V technologies with wireless access throughout. The building is LEED Gold Certified, the first for SPC.
