New five-story addition abutting the occupied facility housing a 200-seat black-box theater on the second and third floors, home to the American Stage Theater. Also included was a multi-floor, clear story open entry atrium, multi-purpose space, ticket areas , concession area, rehearsal hall, administration offices, dressing rooms, Green Room, costume shop, storage, passenger and freight elevators. The new addition includes specialized acoustical sound barriers between the spaces.
