The new split-level mixed-use building (two and three-stories) is comprised of first floor retail space with the second and third levels housing owner-occupied and leased office space. The scope included site demolition, site development and build-out of all tenant space for architectural offices; two financial investment firms, and two consulting physicians offices. The building features lobby with three elevators; clock tower with barrel-tile roof; computer/technology rooms for IT service equipment, and all associated amenity and support space.
Construction is masonry with structural steel; stucco and brick exterior on a confined urban site.
