Pasadena Yacht & County Club / New pool, clubhouse and driving range / 32,000 GSF
This project included construction of a new 32,000 GSF county club including new clubhouse, athletic club, locker rooms, dining and banquet rooms, commercial food service kitchen, lounge and bar. In addition, Biltmore also constructed a new Jr. Olympic Pool, bath house, pool bar and grill and storage facility. Site work included landscaping, site improvements and new driving range, putting green and chipping area.
