City of Largo Data Center/ New stand-alone tier II data center/ 3,000 GSF
The new stand-alone building houses the centralized data center and telecommunications equipment for the City of Largo. The data center is a cast-in-place concrete framed structure with masonry infill and a structural steel framed roof with standing seam metal roof panels. The building is designed and built to withstand 200 MPH windloads.
Built to accommodate the growing needs for the City of Largo the facility was built for future expansion to accommodate a minimum 50% growth beyond current city equipment and data needs.
The Data Center is a standard Tier 2 data center with Tier 3 infrastructure and has full emergency electric power generation capability. The scope of work includes all earthwork and utilities/infrastructure required.
