Keys Energy Services Ralph Garcia Steamplant / Conversion and remodel / 14,000 GSF
This project was part of our continuing work with Bender & Associates for Keys Energy Services. The project consisted of a 14,000 GSF conversion of an existing steam electrical generation facility into a new fleets & facilities department building.
The new facility included mechanical stations, workshops, offices, and truck lifts. The project also included the construction of a new free standing wash bay facility that featured a recirculating filtration system, fuel pumps, fuel tanks and an 85 kilowatt solar system.
