Hillsborough County School Shaw Elementary School / Remodel on occupied elementary school / 55,000 GSF
This multi-phased project on an occupied elementary school included the remodel of the cafeteria and media center buildings remodel of restroom facilities, and replacement of HVAC system including chillers, under and above ground piping. Additional work included replacement of all acoustical ceilings and replacement of fire alarm, intercom, security and data systems throughout the campus.
