Hillsborough Community College Nursing Simulation Lab / Remodel on active college campus / 56,000 GSF
The scope of this project involved the demolition and remodel of a nursing simulation lab and classroom on Hillsborough Community Colleges Dale Mabry Campus. The resulting lab is designed to look and feel like a real hospital suite to give the nursing students at HCC an ability to perform practice medical procedures and diagnoses on campus. The project involved the furnishing and installation of new HVAC, electrical and data equipment as well as ceiling, wall and floor replacements. The project was completed on an active college campus.
