Florida Keys Mosquito Control District Big Coppit Key Facility / New elevated office and maintenance building / 8,000 GSF
New construction included two new buildings for the Florida Keys Mosquito Control District. The facility includes a new 3,500 GSF maintenance building and a 1,600 GSF elevated office building. The maintenance building includes vehicle maintenance bays, dry storage and rooms designed for chemical storage.
Development of the 1.28 acre site includes a raised central drive, loading and parking area, perimeter fencing and emergency generator.
