Florida Department of Health Pinellas Park Renovations / Interior renovations to existing office and clinic / 10,500 GSF
Built under a continuing contract for the Florida Department of Health this project included the complete interior demolition and remodel of 10,500 GSF of office and clinic space. The new building houses multiple exam rooms, WIC offices and patient space, new dental suite and equipment, conference rooms, office space, lobbies and front desk reception areas.
The project involved reconfiguring of the space to be more efficient for health department staff and patients and improving the building. Scope of work included replacing interior walls, interior and exterior doors and frames, creating multiple entry points for patients, replacing the ceiling, flooring, restrooms and lighting fixtures, installing new impact windows, installation of new HVAC air handlers and compressors and the construction of a new main entryway.
Exterior work included new handicap parking, window replacements, painting, and reworking of the existing parking lot.
