Charlotte County Public Schools East Elementary School / Renovations and classroom wing additions / 70,000 GSF
The new renovations and additions for East Elementary School included the construction of additional classrooms, media center production library and new bus loop and additional parking.
The scope of work also included updated fire alarm, roof replacements, MEP system replacement, new ceilings as well as site and drainage improvements throughout the entire campus.
