Academy of Holy Names / Two-story occupied school renovations / 30,000 GSF
Biltmore, as part of the Academy of the Holy Names’ facilities master plan, just finished transforming an existing, 30,000 square foot, two-story middle school building into an advanced 21st Century Learning Center featuring collaborative learning spaces and the latest in technology.
The project included interior demolition of the existing two-story middle school building and renovations to the same building. The renovation included structural modification, new interior walls, new finishes and upgraded systems.
