Clearwater Fire Station #50 / New hardened replacement fire station / 9,934 GSF
The City of Clearwater needed to keep Fire Rescue Team #50 on site. Biltmore created temporary quarters for firefighters on an adjacent site and then proceeded with demolition of the existing Fire Station and construction of a new, one-story, three-bay fire station on the same site as the existing fire station.
The project also included all associated site work, landscaping and irrigation for the new Fire Station #50. Operations were maintained throughout construction with minimal disruption.
