Biltmore Construction has completed Clearwater Fire Station #47! This new, four bay fire station is intended to improve the Clearwater Fire Department’s reaction time in central Clearwater. The new single story station includes ten dorm rooms, a full kitchen, fitness center, a movie room, offices, patio space, and workshops with storage space. Associated work includes new driveways, parking, mechanical yard, retention pond, extensive landscaping and site work. The site has also built for future additions to be added later if need be.

This project used all possible sustainable design features and construction practices during its conception and execution. This facility not only serves our community better but enhances the working lives of our first responders.
