Biltmore Construction has completed the construction of South Pasadena Fire Station #20! Built on an active coastal site this new, single story 4-bay fire station for the City of South Pasadena has already been battle tested against Hurricane Helene and Milton. This fire station acted as a beacon and resource for the local community.
This new building includes a three door apparatus bay, six dorm rooms, a fitness center, community room, workshop, a full kitchen, offices and a storage space. The building also houses an EMS space, that provides first aid care. Fire Station 20 is also the City of South Pasadena’s emergency operations center and is designed to be able to function during and after hurricane events (which it has already proven to do).
This state-of-the-art facility was built in mind for the modern day needs of our first responders, as careful design choices were made to improve their operational needs at the station. Biltmore Construction is proud to have built this fire station for our local firefighters and community!
