Biltmore Construction has completed Clearwater Fire Station #46! Built on an active Clearwater Beach site – Fire Station #46 is a new replacement facility built on the site of the existing decommissioned fire station. The new beach front building is a two story, 2.5 bay station and strengthened to withstand Category 5 force winds. New living quarters include 10 new dorm rooms, exercise room, kitchen, dayroom, offices and outdoor balcony overlooking Clearwater Beach.

As of 2024, this fire station has been battle tested surviving and operating days after Hurricane Milton and Helene battered the West Coast.
