Biltmore Construction is the Construction Manager for the City of St. Petersburg’s Williams Park Bandshell Restoration project. We invite you to bid this project with us. Bid documents are located at the One Drive link above. Be sure to pay attention to the Subcontractor Bid Package for the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Forms, and Prequalification forms. Specific Scopes of Work are included in the attachments. Please bid based on this scope of work and provide the SOV breakdown. The Prebid Meeting is scheduled for October 30 @ 10:00am on site (350 2nd Avenue N., St. Petersburg 33701. Bids are due on or before November 13, 2025 by 5:00pm – emailed bids are acceptable.
Please confirm your receipt of this Invitation to Bid, your intent to attend the Prebid Meeting and submit a Bid Proposal.
