Biltmore Construction is the Construction Manager for the Tampa Police and Fire Rescue Training Complex Modernization project (22-C-00018) located at 116 S. 34th Street, Tampa, Florida 33605.
We invite you to bid this project to us. Bid documents are located at the One Drive link below. Be sure to pay attention to the Subcontractor Bid Package for the Instructions to Bidders, Bid Forms, and Prequalification forms. Specific Scopes of Work and SOV breakdowns are in a separate folder in the One Drive link. Bids are due on or before December 17, 2025, by 5:00pm – emailed bids are acceptable.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes a new single story 17,060 G.S.F. assembly, and business building of type 2B construction. The structure is composed of loadbearing exterior CMU walls, roof decks, and interior light gauge metal framed partitions. The project includes all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, AV/IT, fire protection, and alarm systems and limited site work: new sidewalks, asphalt parking, site drainage, irrigation, site lighting, new fence, gates and landscape improvements. The project also includes a central energy plant with a full building backup generator. The total building height measured from B.F.E to T.O. roof is 23′ -4″.
