Biltmore Construction is honored to have attended the ground breaking ceremony for our project, North Redington Beach EMS Facility! This new, two-story, emergency services station for the Town of North Redington Beach. This facility is designed to enhance response times for emergency medical services in the area. The ground floor includes a drive-thru apparatus bay, dedicated bunker gear storage, an OSHA-certified decontamination room, two storage bays for town vehicles, an emergency generator, a medical supply room, and a bio-hazard containment area.
The second floor houses three bunk-rooms with adjoining restroom and shower facilities, three office spaces (for the fire department, law enforcement, and town staff/storage), as well as kitchen, dining, and living/day rooms. Additionally, an adjacent parcel of land will be developed for fire truck access and expanded parking to support the station’s operations. This complex also incorporates a design strategy that minimizes the spread of contaminants throughout the building.
We are excited to build this new facility for the North Redington Beach Community! Follow our LinkedIn and Facebook for more updates on the construction of this building!
