Largo City Hall is a revolutionary building where city meets community. Biltmore Construction is currently in the process of building this multi-use facility that serves as a hub for the city government, and the Largo community. Built in an active, urban site, the finished complex will include 21,000 GSF of active retail space and a new 360 car parking garage. The design encourages collaborative working environments and active community spaces with the first floor housing retail spaces and an outdoor recreation area. The final project will be LEED certified and will feature sustainable building practices including a solar array spanning the two buildings.

Largo City Hall is a place where work and play intersect. This facility reflects the vibrant and expansive future of Downtown Largo, and will serve the community for generations to come!
