The City of St. Petersburg Barack Obama Library is OPEN! Completed and open to the public, Biltmore Construction is proud to have revitalized this building making this library into a 21st century, state-of-the-art public facility. This project involved the construction of  a new auditorium, a new Presidential gallery and meeting room, makers space, study rooms, a book store, cafe, seating areas, and a computer lab. Additionally, the work included the relocation and creation of separate children’s room, and teen room. The library also features updated staff work areas including office space, a break room, and personal restrooms for the library employees.

Furthermore, the library houses an existing mezzanine level that was converted into a tech loft with a computer lab, public computers, study rooms and a quiet reading area. While, the exterior space includes a refurbished outdoor patio area with new furniture.

The President Barack Obama Library will serve as a hub for resources and learning but also as a gathering center for the local community. Go check out the library today!
