Biltmore Construction is currently constructing a new single-story, two-bay hurricane proof door fire station for the City of St. Petersburg. This state-of-the-art facility features various offices for the firefighters, eight dorm rooms, a fitness center, laundry facilities, an apparatus bay, a dining room, a living room, and study room. The site improvements include new sidewalks and asphalt, a concrete driveway, parking areas, landscaping, and an outdoor patio area. Additionally, the interior of the facility includes new alarm systems, and a decontamination system that protects first responders from dangerous carcinogens. This facility is on track to being a LEED-certified building, showcasing its commitment to sustainability.

This building not only better serves our community but is tailored to fit the needs of our firefighters. With design elements crafted to suit the current operational needs of first responders, this fire station will be the beacon for the local community.
