The facility is shared between the Miami-Dade Department of Health and Community Health of South Florida, Inc. The Center features an open-air courtyard, shared common areas, and separate units for DOH and CHI functions. The building contains exam and interview rooms, x-ray suite, diagnostic lab, offices, training and educational spaces and a Tobacco Prevention Education Center.
